Matzoh Meal Rolls [Kosher for Passover]

This might be leaking a secret family recipe, but oh well :P

Makes 2 dozen.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Boil 1 1/2 cups of water with 1/2 cup of oil.
Add 1 1/2 cups of matzoh meal. Stir.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Add 4 eggs, one at a time.
Spoon fist-sized amounts onto tinfoil-covered cookie sheets.
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
